Are you looking to build your booty and tone your legs? Or are you just looking to get moving and enjoy a class that will push you past your limits? Either way this class will get your body stomping and keep your booty popping all with the help of resistant bands and high energy tunes. Come and experience a lower body focused and high intensity fitness class like no other.

AFROBEFIT

AfroBeFit is an afrobeats inspired dance fitness class that combines aerobic, anaerobic and choreographed dance. You will learn afrobeats movement while getting your heart rate up and your mind engaged. This class is designed t be upbeat, fun and challenge all at the same time. Be prepared to whine, squat, sway and pop the AfroBeFit way.

CHOREO-TO-GO
Saturday's 1:00pm (1.5hrs)
Say hello to our first dance class we will be offering. This class is a choreography class, where you will be learning original routines by varies choreographers. Some routines will be ones that you may have wanted to learn such as Michael Jackson's "Thriller", or routines created by local choreographer like owner f Move 2B Moved, Latisia Johnson "WTF" by Missy Elliot.
Each class you will be learning a new routine to show off to your family and/or friends.
