This service supports organizations, schools, and performance groups seeking choreography that is thoughtful, grounded, and aligned with their vision. What Choreography & Creative Direction May Include Services are customized and may include: original choreography creation teaching and rehearsal guidance adaptation for age, skill level, and space musicality and expressive intention spacing, transitions, and stage awareness performance flow and polish Creative direction may also include collaborative planning to ensure movement aligns with the broader vision of the performance or event. How This Service Is Offered Choreography & Creative Direction is offered through: project-based choreography packages short-term rehearsal support organizational or school-based contracts Each project begins with a conversation to clarify goals, scope, and timeline. Customization & Agreements All choreography and creative direction services are thoughtfully customized. Once project details are discussed, a contract outlining the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and expectations will be provided for review and agreement. Cancellation Policy
Studio Policy Move 2B Moved is an appointment-based movement education studio offering private and semi-private instruction, enrichment programs, and performance preparation. These policies are in place to support a respectful, safe, and intentional experience for all participants. Instruction Structure All studio sessions are offered as private (1:1) or semi-private (2–4 participants). There are no drop-in or open classes. Instruction is personalized and guided with care and intention. Scheduling & Booking Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Lesson packages (10, 15, or 20 sessions) are encouraged to support consistency. Scheduling availability is confirmed upon booking. Packages & Payments All lesson packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages are valid for a specified time period, outlined in the service agreement. Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be forfeited. No-shows are considered used sessions. Instructor-initiated cancellations will be rescheduled. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Full session fees apply regardless of arrival time. Studio Etiquette & Participation Move 2B Moved prioritizes safety, respect, and emotional well-being. Participants are expected to: -follow instructions and safety guidelines -respect personal boundaries and the studio space -engage respectfully with instructors and peers Services may be paused or discontinued if safety or respectful participation cannot be maintained. Health & Safety Participants should arrive ready to move and dressed appropriately. Any injuries, medical conditions, or accessibility needs must be disclosed prior to participation. Participation is voluntary, and individuals are encouraged to listen to their bodies. Photography & Media Photos or videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes. Media consent is obtained separately. Names will not be used without additional permission. Agreement Participation in Move 2B Moved services indicates understanding and agreement with these policies. Policies may be updated as needed to support the integrity of services.
