Movement Enrichment Programs at Move 2B Moved are designed to support whole-child development through intentional movement. These programs integrate creativity, culture, and social-emotional learning, offering meaningful movement experiences in educational and community settings. Each program is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the community it serves to honor age, ability, environment, and shared goals. Who These Programs Are For Movement Enrichment Programs are ideal for: schools and educational institutions afterschool and youth programs libraries and community organizations early childhood through middle school learners groups seeking movement experiences beyond recreation Programs are adaptable for a variety of ages and learning environments. What Programs May Include Programs are customized and may include: creative movement and foundational dance cultural movement exploration social-emotional learning through movement rhythm, coordination, and body awareness collaboration, confidence, and expression informal sharing's or culminating experiences Each program is designed with intention, care, and responsiveness to the group. How Programs Are Offered Movement Enrichment Programs are available through: one-time workshops or events short-term series (4–6 weeks) multi-week residencies or partnerships Program length, structure, and goals are discussed during the inquiry process. Customization & Agreements All enrichment programs are thoughtfully customized. Once goals, scope, and scheduling are discussed, a contract outlining services, pricing, and expectations will be provided for review and agreement. Cancellation Policy
These policies apply to Move 2B Moved services including monthly dance classes and workshops; private lesson plans and packages; semi-private and small-group lessons; movement enrichment programs; school and community programs; choreography and creative direction; performance preparation and coaching; Sit & Sass chair dance classes and series; Dancing Mindfulness sessions and experiences; rehearsals and performance opportunities; and virtual services when offered. By registering for, purchasing, or participating in a service, the participant—or a parent/legal guardian for a minor—agrees to the policies that apply to that service. 2. Registration, Booking & Payment Registration is generally first come, first served unless otherwise stated. A space is not guaranteed until required registration information, payment or deposit, and required agreements are received. Prices, deposits, payment schedules, package lengths, and registration requirements may vary by service and will be provided at booking. Payment plans, when offered, must be kept current. CANCELATIONS Workshops, group programs, choreography, performances, and contracted programs may have different cancellation deadlines. Those terms will be provided with the applicable registration or agreement. Dancing Mindfulness Dancing Mindfulness experiences may include guided movement, music, breath awareness, reflection, creative expression, and other mindfulness-based movement practices. Participants are encouraged to move within their own comfort level and may modify or pause movement when needed. Participants should communicate any relevant physical limitations or safety concerns to the facilitator. Dancing Mindfulness services offered by Move 2B Moved are movement and wellness experiences and are not represented as medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk Dance, fitness, chair dance, rehearsal, mindfulness movement, and other movement activities involve physical activity and may include risks such as falls, strains, collisions, soreness, or other injury. Participants are responsible for participating within their abilities and following instructor or facilitator directions. Participants should inform the instructor or facilitator of known physical limitations or concerns that may affect safe participation and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
