Performance Preparation & Coaching at Move 2B Moved supports performers in showing up with confidence, presence, and intention—on stage and beyond. This work goes beyond memorizing choreography. Coaching focuses on embodied expression, grounded projection, and emotional readiness, helping performers move with clarity, connection, and purpose. Who This Service Is For Individuals preparing for performances or showcases Children and teens building confidence and stage presence Small groups or ensembles Schools and organizations preparing for events Performers seeking support beyond technique What Coaching May Include Services are adapted based on goals and needs and may include: Stage presence and projection Confidence and grounding techniques Musicality and expressive clarity Transitions, spacing, and performance flow Performance readiness and professionalism Coaching may be offered one-on-one, in small groups, or through short-term organizational partnerships. How This Service Is Offered Performance Preparation & Coaching is available through: individual sessions small-group packages organizational or school-based contracts Scheduling and structure are discussed during the inquiry process to ensure alignment and intention. Customization & Agreements All performance preparation services are customized based on the needs of the individual or organization. Once details are discussed, a contract outlining the scope of services, pricing, and expectations will be provided. Services begin after the contract is reviewed and signed. Cancellation Policy
Studio Policy Move 2B Moved is an appointment-based movement education studio offering private and semi-private instruction, enrichment programs, and performance preparation. These policies are in place to support a respectful, safe, and intentional experience for all participants. Instruction Structure All studio sessions are offered as private (1:1) or semi-private (2–4 participants). There are no drop-in or open classes. Instruction is personalized and guided with care and intention. Scheduling & Booking Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Lesson packages (10, 15, or 20 sessions) are encouraged to support consistency. Scheduling availability is confirmed upon booking. Packages & Payments All lesson packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages are valid for a specified time period, outlined in the service agreement. Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be forfeited. No-shows are considered used sessions. Instructor-initiated cancellations will be rescheduled. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Full session fees apply regardless of arrival time. Studio Etiquette & Participation Move 2B Moved prioritizes safety, respect, and emotional well-being. Participants are expected to: -follow instructions and safety guidelines -respect personal boundaries and the studio space -engage respectfully with instructors and peers Services may be paused or discontinued if safety or respectful participation cannot be maintained. Health & Safety Participants should arrive ready to move and dressed appropriately. Any injuries, medical conditions, or accessibility needs must be disclosed prior to participation. Participation is voluntary, and individuals are encouraged to listen to their bodies. Photography & Media Photos or videos may be taken for educational or promotional purposes. Media consent is obtained separately. Names will not be used without additional permission. Agreement Participation in Move 2B Moved services indicates understanding and agreement with these policies. Policies may be updated as needed to support the integrity of services.
