Welcome to Move 2B Moved! Peace and blessings, I'm Latisia, a dedicated mover focused on helping dancers cultivate a mindset that allows them to perform and teach with confidence and joy. As a former professional dancer, theater choreographer, and performer, I know pressures and self-doubt that often accompany the quest for perfection. That’s why I’m passionate about offering resources centered on mental wellness and personal growth, so you can excel not only in technique but throughout your entire dance journey.

What is movement coaching?

Movement coaching is built around ushing dancers, either as individuals or a team, to a new level of performance and teaching. This can include working on choreography development, unlocking specific forms, textures, storytelling and motion or maybe directly guiding general fitness training.

How can movement coaching help you?

A movement coach will be the support dancers want, to step into a new level of consistency in their performance, teaching style, self-confidence and self-trust by guiding movers through mental and emotional blocks that hold them back from their fullest potential.

What can you expect?

  • The help to overcome the mental blocks that keep you tensing up during difficult movements, performances, when teaching classes or being supported when you get stuck in a cycle of frustration that impacts your self-esteem and performance and/or teaching. 

  • The help to develop confidence in your abilities and what you have to offer as a dancer and/or teacher. You will have more to offer the stage and/or more to offer as a teacher.

  • Help in releasing self-doubt, fear and other mind-set blocks.
