Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE LESSONS/SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS • Any cancellation must be made 12-hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 12-hour notice will be charged/billed for 50% of the total price of the lesson. • If you cancel a lesson after the start time of the lesson or miss your lesson without any notice, you will be charge/billed the full price of the lesson (If you purchased a package the missed lesson will be marked) • Both in-studio and virtual lessons are non-refundable. • If you are a part of our membership program (10, 15 or 20 lessons) you may cancel your plan and will be responsible for paying 80% of the remaining balance of the plan. Our plan payments require a debit or credit card to be kept of file. PRIVATE GROUP LESSONS • Notice of cancellation must be received 14 days before the scheduled party to receive a refund for studio credit only. No cash refunds. GROUP CLASSES (Walk-in, courses and workshops) • While we do not offer cash refunds, we offer STUDIO CREDIT. • You are welcome to use your studio credit towards a different class or workshop within one year of the date of purchase. •This applies to group dance classes, courses and dance workshops. • This also applies if a class is cancelled by the studio. ALL PACKAGES & GIFT CERTIFICATES • 5 – Day Group Package Plans are valid for 3 months • 10 - Day Group Package Plans are valid for 6 months • The validity period starts when the first class, lesson, party (or practice session) is executed. • Any unused benefits of the package plan expire at the end of the 3 month or 6 - month validity. • Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
